Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WebBuilder (“WebBuilder”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered website generation service operated by M4siz Limited, trading as WebBuilder (registered in England and Wales). Registered office: 55 Crown Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4BD. Our service is available at app.webbuilder.agency.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WebBuilder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

3. The service

WebBuilder uses artificial intelligence to generate website content, images, and HTML based on information you provide about your business. Generated sites can be hosted on a webbuilder.digital subdomain or deployed to your own domain (paid tiers).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Magic links are sent to your email — keep your email account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use WebBuilder.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WebBuilder to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Generate sites that impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing controls, or security measures
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission (except as permitted under Agency tier white-label terms)
• Engage in any automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of generated content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Generated content and intellectual property

Subject to payment of applicable fees, you own the content generated for your account (copy, HTML, and images). You grant WebBuilder a limited licence to store and serve that content as part of the hosting service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the business information you submit and the resulting generated content does not infringe any third-party rights. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated copy. You should review all generated content before publishing it.

The WebBuilder platform, including its code, branding, and non-generated UI, remains our exclusive property.

7. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are in GBP (£) inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If a payment fails, we will retry and may suspend your account until payment is received. Agency tier overage charges (additional hosted sites beyond the 20 included) are billed automatically at £3 per site per month.

8. Free tier and trials

Free tier accounts receive 3 generations per month and a 7-day hosted preview. Free tier sites include a WebBuilder watermark. Preview hosting is temporary and may be removed after 7 days.

9. Hosted sites and uptime

We aim to keep hosted sites available but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA on standard tiers. We may take sites offline for maintenance. Agency tier sites on dedicated infrastructure benefit from isolation from shared platform issues.

Sites hosted on webbuilder.digital subdomains are subject to our acceptable use policy. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebBuilder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated images and copy should be reviewed before use.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. On account deletion, your personal data and generated sites will be removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before account deletion.

We may terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and hosted sites will be deprovisioned.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. M4siz Limited is registered in England and Wales.
